What Can I Do To Make Sure My Transactions Are Tracked?
In the event that a transaction fails to track, we work hard for you to recover the cashback, however, in these instances cashback is not guaranteed.
Try these tips below to minimise any potential tracking problems in the first place:
1/ Make sure you log-in!
You must log-in to your Kent Messenger Cashback account and visit the retailer via a Kent Messenger Cashback link. Failure to do so will mean your click history is not created and we will not be able to reclaim missing transactions.
2/ Make sure your browser accepts cookies and Javascript.
To track your cashback, your web browser needs to accept both cookies and javascript. If you are using Internet Explorer version 6 or higher, ensure your security settings are set to 'Medium'.
